"The flowers were absolutely stunning, and the service and communication were excellent! This place is truly a gem in Bergen County. I sent a flower basket to both an American friend as a sympathy gesture and a Korean friend to congratulate her on opening her cafe. The European-style arrangements were unique and beautiful, and both of them, as well as myself (the sender), were extremely satisfied. Highly recommend

Shitty neighbors snatched my mother's birthday bouquet. Once we had cleared that up, store manager sent a second bouquet at no extra charge. Impressive customer service. Will definitely order from them again.
